The eLearning portal can be accessed from anywhere and at any time. It is also important for up-gradation of knowledge and skills. It also helps in maintaining social distance to avoid covid-19 and fight against corona virus.

ईलर्निंग पोर्टल को कहीं से भी और किसी भी समय में एक्सेस किया जा सकता है। यह ज्ञान और कौशल के उन्नयन के लिए भी महत्वपूर्ण है। कोविड - 19 से बचने के लिए और कोरोना वायरस से लड़ने के लिए सामाजिक दूरी बनाए रखने में भी मदद करता है।

Ans.
Presently courses for Driver, Conductor and Enforcement Staff are available on the e-learning portal.

Ans.
Any Driver, Conductor or Enforcement employee can study the syllabus of any post.

कोई भी चालक संवाहक या प्रर्वतन कर्मचारी किसी भी पद का पाठ्यक्रम पढ़ सकता है।

Ans.
Facility of Audio, Video and e-courses are available in the portal.

पोर्टल में ओडियो और वीडियो सुविधा के साथ-साथ ई पाठ्यक्रम भी उपलब्ध है।

Ans.
The course material can also be accessed through mobile or computer.

पाठयक्रम मोबाईल या कम्प्यूटर के माध्यम से भी पढ़ा जा सकता है।
- 7 . Is there any prescribed time to read the course material?
Ans.
No, you can study the course 24 hours a day, there is no time limit, it is available 24 X 7 days.

नही आप पाठयक्रम को 24 घण्टें पढ़ सकते है इसकी कोई समय सीमा नही है यह 24 घण्टे 7 दिन उपलब्ध है।
- 8 . How can I study my course?
Ans.
After login in the staff panel, by going to the course on the left, the candidate can read his course by clicking on the relevant post.

स्टाॅफ लाॅगिन करने के पश्चात बाई ओर कोर्स पर जाकर संबंधित पद पर क्लिक करके उम्मीदवार अपना पाठ्यक्रम पढ़ सकता है।
- 9 . How can I listen to the audio of the course?
Ans.
The candidate has been given the option of listening to the audio at the end of the full chapter by going to the subject of the respective course, by clicking on which the candidate can listen to the audio.

- उत्तर .
उम्मीदवार संबंधित पाठ्यक्रम के विषय पर जाकर पूर्ण अध्याय के अन्त में ओडियो का सुनने का विकल्प दिया गया, जिस पर क्लिक करके उम्मीदवार ओडियो सुन सकता है।
- 10 . When can I give the exam?
Ans.
The candidate will have to appear for the exam 2 times in a year.

उम्मीदवार को 1 साल में 2 बार परीक्षा देनी होगी।
- 11 . What if I fail in the exam?
Ans.
If the candidate fails in the examination, he/she will have to re-appear in the examination.

यदि उम्मीदवार परीक्षा में असफल होता है तो उसे दोबारा परीक्षा देनी होगी।
- 12 . Can I appear in exam from anywhere?
Ans.
No, you have to give your exam in your depot under the supervision of Depot Manager.

नही, आपको अपने डिपो के अन्दर ही अपनी परीक्षा को डिपो मैनेजर की देखरेख मे देना होगा।
- 13 . How can I login in the portal?
Ans.
Step-1 Go to the home page of the eLearning portal and click on the login button.
Step-2 For staff login, you have to click on your post in the staff login.
Step-3 Login by entering your token number in User ID and your mobile number in Password.

स्टेप 1 ईलर्निंग पोर्टल के होम पेज पर जा कर लाॅगिन बटन पर क्लिक करें।
स्टेप 2 स्टाॅफ लाॅगिन करने के लिए आप स्टाॅफ लाॅगिन मे अपना पद पर क्ल्कि करें।
स्टेप 3 यूज़र आई डी में अपना टोकन नम्बर और पासवर्ड में अपना मोबाईल नम्बर डालकर लाॅगिन करें।
- 14 . What is the pass percentage for the exam?
Ans.
Minimum 50% marks are mandatory to pass the exam.

परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के लिए न्यूनतम 50 % अंक अनिवार्य है।
- 15 . What is the grading system in the exam?
Ans.
3 grades have been made to show the result of the examination: -
A-Grade 75 to 100% (Pass)
B-Grade 74 to 50% (pass)
C-Grade 0 to 49% (Fail)

परीक्षा का परिणाम दर्शाने के लिए 3 ग्रेड बनाये गये है
A ग्रेड 75 से 100% (पास)

- 16 . How will the depot know that I have completed my syllabus?
Ans.
The candidate after completing his syllabus will click on Request for Exam which will let the depot know that you have completed the syllabus and ready for the exam.
- 16 . मेेने अपना पाठ्यक्रम पूर्ण पढ़ लिया है यह डिपो को कैसे पता चलेगा\
- उत्तर .
उम्मीदवार अपना पाठ्यक्रम पूर्ण पढ़ने के पश्चात रिक्यूएस्ट फोर एक्ज़ाम पर क्लिक करेगा जिससे डिपो को पता चल जायेगा कि आपने पाठ्यक्रम पूर्ण पढ़ लिया है और परीक्षा देने के लिए तैयार हैै।
- 17 . What is the process of giving exam?
Ans.
Step 1 - Candidates have go to the Examination Panel given in their dashboard and click on Driver or Conductor.
Step-2 A confidential PIN for the exam login will be entered by the Depot Manager
Step-3 After carefully reading the given guidelines for the exam, click on the button “ START TEST”.
Step - 4 The question will be displayed as follows. In which the candidate has to select the correct option given and click on the Next button. Also the 20 minute stop clock will be activated. Candidates will have to answer 20 questions in 20 minutes.
Step-5 After successfully answering all the 20 questions, click on the Finish button given at the bottom of the test page.
Step - 6 After finishing the exam the result of the exam will be displayed to the candidate as follows:
- 17 . परीक्षा देने की प्रक्रिया क्या है\
- उत्तर . स्टेप 1 उम्मीदवार अपने डेशबोर्ड में दिये गये एक्ज़ामिनेशन पेनल पर जाकर ड्राईवर या कन्डक्टर पर क्लिक करें।स्टेप 2 परीक्षा लाॅगिन के लिए एक गोपनीय पिन डिपो मैनेंजर द्वारा अंकित किया जायेगा। स्टेप 3 परीक्षा के लिए दिये गये दिशानिर्देश ध्यान पूर्वक पढ़ने के पश्चात स्टार्ट टेस्ट पर बटन क्लिक करेेंगे़े।स्टेप 4 प्रश्न निम्न रूप से प्रदर्शित होगा। जिसमें उम्मीदवार को दिये गये सही विकल्प को चुन कर नेक्स्ट् बटन पर क्लिक करना होगा। साथ ही 20 मिनट की स्टॉप क्लॉक सक्रिय हो जाएगी। उम्मीदवार 20 मिनट में 20 प्रश्नों के उत्तर देने होंगे।स्टेप 5 सभी 20 प्रश्नों का सफलतापूर्ण उत्तर देने के बाद परीक्षण पृष्ठ के नीचे दिए गऐ फिनिश बटन पर क्लिक करना होेगा।स्टेप 6 परीक्षा समाप्त करने के बाद उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा का परिणाम निम्न रूप से प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा
- 18 . Where can I ask my questions and give my suggestions?
Ans.
You can express your query or suggestion in the suggestion form shown in the home page of the e-learning portal.
- 18 . मै अपने प्रश्न कहा पूछ सकता हूँ और अपने सुझाव कहा दे सकता हूँ\
- उत्तर . आप अपने प्रश्न या सुझाव को ई-लर्निग पोर्टल के होम पेज में दर्शाये गये सजेशन फाॅर्म में व्यक्त कर सकते है।
- 19 . Are there live classes also on the eLearning portal?
Ans.
On the home page of the eLearning portal, a link to live classes has been provided in the Events section, after clicking on which the candidate can take advantage of the live classes.
- 19 . क्या ईलर्निंग पोर्टल पर लाईव क्लासेस भी होती है\
- उत्तर .
ईलर्निंग पोर्टल के होम पेज पर इवेन्ट सेक्शन में लाईव क्लासेस का लिंक दिया गया है जिस पर क्लिक करने के पश्चात उम्मीदवार लाईव क्लासेस का लाभ ले सकता है।
- 20 . Do we have to undergo physical training after completing the course on the eLearning portal?
Ans.
As per requirement, the candidate can be sent to Nand Nagari Training School for physical training.
- 20 . क्या ईलर्निंग पोर्टल पर कोर्स पूर्ण करने पर हमें शारीरिक रूप से भी प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करना होगा\

आवयश्कता अनुसार उम्मीदवार को प्रशिक्षण हेतू नन्द नगरी प्रशिक्षणशाला में भेजा जा सकता है।
